Rowan Lawton - Books
Rowan Lawton is an Agent in the Books Division. She represents commercial writers of fiction and non-fiction, including some young adult fiction. Before joining PFD, Rowan was a literary agent at William Morris Endeavor Entertainment (formerly the William Morris Agency) where she worked for six and a half years.
Rowan is developing a list of fiction and non-fiction writers and is particularly focusing on taking on more commercial women's fiction, as well as crime and thrillers - especially with a psychological element. In terms of non-fiction, Rowan works with several ghost writers and on a number of celebrity books and represents non-fiction with a predominantly female appeal.
