Sara's first novel High Jinx was published by Faber & Faber in the UK and by Penguin in the US (Razorbill) in 2007. The sequel, Jinxed, was published in the US in September 2008 and in the UK by Faber in May 2009.
Sara and Julie Burchill co-wrote a script for the BBC 2 Drama series Decades and are currently working on a six part TV drama, also for the BBC.
Most recently Sara was a feature writer for the Femail section of the Daily Mail. Previously she worked for three years on T2 at The Times writing cover stories, doing reportage, analysis lifestyle and interviews. She also contributed to The Weekend review and the Arts pages. In addition to this she is commissioned across T2. Currently Sara reviews chick-literature for the Daily Mail and is freelancing for The Times, The Independent and High Life and Grazia magazines.
